Housing reform in Goya

Purpose: Own use
Location: Alcala Street
Area: 145 m2

The reform of this house seeks to adapt a classic aesthetic to a very current use.

A large open-plan living room connected to the exterior with three windows made of wood carpentry designed for this home. The marble fireplace, together with the aged mirrors, achieve greater
sense of depth and breadth.
The kitchen is connected to the dining room, playing with aesthetics and color contrasts between both rooms.
The locksmith and glass doors allow to delimit environments making them more luminous and creating open and continuous spaces.
Decorative moldings are designed to enrich spaces, providing greater depth and style through their soft shadows.
